Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vlady & Lovers. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates
We offer reliable international shipping to the European Union and the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize trusted carrier services (such as PostNL, DHL, and local national carriers) to ensure your package arrives safely.
Estimated Delivery Times:
European Union: 5 – 12 business days
United States: 10 – 23 business days
⚠️ Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, holidays, or postal disruptions beyond our control.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For USA and Non-EU buyers)
For US Buyers: Orders shipped to the United States are generally exempt from import duties if the total value of the package is under $800 USD.
For EU Buyers:
Value-Added Tax (VAT) is calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with EU regulations. No additional VAT should be due upon delivery.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery windows outlined above, please contact us at vlad.nazarchuk.97@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that many international couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We highly recommend providing a physical residential or business address at checkout to avoid shipping delays.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Vlady & Lovers is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows the package is lost, please contact us directly within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos to help us process your claim and arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
